Speed, comfort, endless usability, right-dosed sex appeal. There is a car we could put in this category. This zone of unquestionable comfort, where your appetites for performance, style, and practicality are fulfilled to the point. We are talking about the unique Ferarri 365 GTB Shooting Brake.
The light of the world saw this unique car between 1968 and 1974 and became part of the Ferrari 365 Dayton family. In the early 1970s, an American property developer asked Luigi “Coco” Chinetti jr – son of the famous Luigi Chinetti, official Ferrari importer for North America – for a unique and original Ferrari: he wanted a car that would stand out and be different from all the others.
Wanting to please him, Chinetti jr sent a standard Daytona Berlinetta to Panther Westwinds, a British luxury car manufacturer, along with his designs for its transformation. In 1975, the result was this splendid “shooting brake” model, merging the profile of a sports car and the features of a station wagon.
